PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA Based on Law 2472/1997, “Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data", we inform you that the personal data you are asked to provide, upon submission of your claim, will be processed by our Company for purposes strictly necessary and related to your request, but also for the most quick and best possible treatment of your claim. For this reason, the provision of data in the boxes marked with an asterisk is mandatory, as without them we cannot process your claim. As a result to this, filling in the respective boxes, implies your explicit approval to TRAINOSE for working on them, according to Article 5 of Law 2472/1997. NON OBLIGATORY DATA REGISTRATION The registration of data in the boxes not marked with an asterisk is an optional request. These data are necessary in order to communicate with you (if we do not communicate with you per email, which is in any case preferable, in order to reduce response times). Therefore, filling in the respective boxes implies your explicit approval to TRAINOSE for working on them, according to Article 5 of Law 2472/1997. PROCESSING METHOD OF PERSONAL DATA Our Company’s procedures are in absolute compliance with Law 2472/1997. Indicatively and not restrictively TRAINOSE declares that personal data are processed in absolute compliance with law and as a result to this, they are collected in accordance with the principles of absolute confidentiality, legitimacy, for explicitly defined and legitimate reasons and are legitimately treated, strictly within the above mentioned framework. In addition to that, according to Article 4 paragraph 1 point b) of law 2472/1997 personal data collected by TRAINOSE with the approval of the requesting person, are relevant, useful for the request treatment and not more than needed each time for this the purpose. These data will be kept for the time period absolutely necessary for the processing of the claim, unless a longer period of data storage is required by law. The personnel treating these data are TRAINOSE S.A managers at the IT Division and at the Passenger Transport Division (Marketing and Customer Service), who in any case are respecting confidentiality requirements as they have signed a confidentiality agreement. RESPONSIBLE PERSONS FOR DATA PROCESSING The data are processed by TRAINOSE S.A., headquartered at 1-3 Karolou Street, Athens. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES It is explicitly mentioned that you may exercise your rights pursuant to art. 11, 12 and 13 of Law 2472/1997 at your absolute and unimpeded judgement, keeping the right of information, access and objection as prescribed in this Law.
