According to European Regulation 782/2021, the company shall respond to incoming complaints, requests, claims within thirty (30) calendar days or in justified cases, inform the passenger that it will receive a response within a period not exceeding three (3) months from the date of receipt of the complaint, request, claim.
Complaints, requests, claims submitted within three (3) months of the incident to which they relate shall be accepted.
