Payment methods

Payment via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or Revolut (Visa, Mastercard). PayPal is not accepted.


After the ticket issue is completed, the ticket is sent to the customer via email that the customer has provided, or via SMS (if the customer does not have an email), and includes basic information, such as:

Departure station

Arrival station

Departure time

Route

Seat (for routes with seat reservation)

Ticket number

Special ticket code (PNR)

 

*Calls from a landline cost €0.646 per minute.
Calls from a mobile phone cost €0.984 per minute, plus an additional 10% mobile phone surcharge (pre-VAT).
Charges are applied per second, with a minimum charge for the first minute of conversation.
The service is only provided with the consent of the person paying for the connection.
