Passenger services

Hellenic Train strives to upgrade the quality of its services, as well as plan and provide new options to the passengers, in order to enhance their travel experience.

Hellenic Train is going to launch a reward program for passengers who choose to travel with its trains. The rewards program will offer benefits and services that transform travel into a unique experience. A number of services have already been activated or are about to be improved and new ones will be added to the company's service package. These are:

• The possibility of electronic ticket issuance (web, mobile app) is given for almost all Hellenic Train routes.
• Upgrading of in-rail restaurants.
• Car transfer service between Athens and Thessaloniki (temporalily out of service).
• Small unaccompanied packages transportation from Athens to Thessaloniki and vice versa.
