By contacting us, you help us improve our services either by taking action ourselves or by forwarding your comments to our partner companies when they refer to issues that fall under their responsibility (issues regarding stations, trains, cleaning, maintenance, security, infrastructure etc)

 

Customer Service Centre- information

You may call 14511 (06.30- 22.00 Monday to Sunday)

Charges apply as follows:

64.6 cents per minute when calling from a landline, and

98.4 cents per minute when calling from a mobile phone.

In addition, when calling from a mobile phone, a 12%, 15%, 18% or 20% “mobile telephony fee” (state tax), is applied depending on the monthly bill (excl. VAT) as per the following table:

Telegram - Hellenic Train 

Helelnic Train  has activated four (4) accounts in the Telegram application, through which information about its itineraries is communicated, such as delays, cancellations and other travel information.

Passengers who would like to be informed about Helelnic Trains itineraries, can subscribe to the Telegram accounts:

  1. Hellenic Train – IC & ICE Trains. Routes: Athens-Thessaloniki & Athens-Kalambaka.

  2. Hellenic Train – Athens Sub & Peloponnese. Routes: Piraeus-Airport, Piraeus-Kiato, Athens-Chalkida, A. Liosia-Kanza-Airport, Kiato-Patra, Kiato-Aigio, Diakopto-Kalavryta, Suburban Patras, Katakolo-Olympia.

  3. Hellenic Train – Central Greece Regional lines. Routes: Kalambaka-Paleofarsalos-Larissa-Thessaloniki, Lianokladi-Tithorea-Athens, Lianokladi-Lamia-Stylida, Ano Lechonia-Milee, Larissa-Volos.

  4. Hellenic Train – North Greece Regional lines. Routes: Thessaloniki-Florina, Thessaloniki-Serres-Drama, Drama-Xanthi, Xanthi-Alexandroupoli, Alexandroupoli-Ormenio.
