14/5/2015 FUTUREMED: 2nd Round Table for the presentation and evaluation of the pilot application
Within the context of FUTUREMED project, the 2nd roundtable for the presentation of the Interoperability Solution developed by THPA-TRAINOSE was organized. The roundtable took place at the premises of the port of Thessaloniki on 14th of May 2015.
The roundtable was attended by representatives sharing experience in shipping, transport and logistics issues and was set up in the form of a presentation-discussion. Approximately 20 persons, representatives of shipping companies, research institutions, transport and logistics companies and Greek freight transport associations attended the event.
Particularly, the goals of the meeting were to:
- present the pilot case of THPA- TRAINOSE and its functionality,
- inform and disseminate about the pilot outcomes,
- perform a technical assessment of the platform (users’ opinion).
The participants had the opportunity to exchange views and appraise the application after being informed about its functionality and capacity.
