ANNOUNCEMENT 12/12/2023

We inform you that with effect from Saturday 16/12 / 2023, direct rail passenger itineraries will restart on the Athens - Thessaloniki - Athens axis, after the restoration of the line and the provision of circulation by the Infrastructure Manager O.S.E.

The itineraries will be operated at reduced speed in some parts of the network at total journey times of 4 hours and 53 minutes.

In particular, from Saturday 16 December 2023 the following itineraries will be operated:

From Athens to Thessaloniki:

•                 Train IC50 / departure time 07:58

•                 Train IC52 / departure time 10:58

•                 Train IC54 / departure time 14:58

•                 Train IC56 / departure time 17:58

and

From Thessaloniki to Athens:

•                 Train IC51 / departure time 07:04

•                 Train IC53 / departure time 10:04

•                 Train IC55 / departure time 14:04

•                 Train IC57 / departure time 17:10

From the same date, additional modifications will be made to the Hellenic Train timetable (rail and bus), which will be announced next.
