Position Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and managing railway products and services across their full lifecycle. The role focuses on aligning passengers needs, operational capabilities, and business strategy to deliver competitive, compliant, and profitable railway offerings. The Product Manager works cross-functionally with operations, engineering, commercial, and customer care teams to ensure successful product performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of railway products and services (
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company objectives
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, safety, and commercial teams to deliver viable solutions
• Ensure products comply with railway regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, revenues, and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement of existing products and development of new offerings
• Support sales with product positioning, pricing, and documentation
