Sales Account Manager

A results-driven Sales Account Manager with expertise in transportation services, responsible for developing sales, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Acts as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure high service quality, long-term partnerships, and revenue growth.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of railway service clients
  • Develop and manage a Nationwide Resellers Network for train tickets
  • Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (public and private sector)
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and finance teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare commercial offers, contracts, and tender documentation
  • Monitor customer performance, KPIs, and service quality
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
