Due to the 24-hour general strike announced by the General Union of Greek Railways (GSEE) for tomorrow, Wednesday 20/11/2024, we inform passengers that there will be no itineraries on the whole railway line.

For tickets of canceled routes, the following applies:

• Tickets issued from ticket offices and paid in cash are refunded at full price only at ticket offices.

• Ticket holders who purchased tickets with a card, regardless of the sales channel (ticket offices, web ticketing, & app), can:
  • either send a written request to the company through the complaints/requests form with the ticket number, if it's electronic, or attach the PDF of the ticket or a clear photo if it's from a ticket office, requesting a refund, which will be credited back to the card used for the purchase,
  • or go to a station's ticket office for a ticket refund.

• Finally, passengers have the option to change their ticket, meaning the travel date and time (for the same route), free of charge.
